A helping hand for everyday work.
Hermes Workspace connects my personal Hermes assistant to the Google services I choose, so it can help organise information and carry out tasks at my direction.
This is a private, personal-use integration. This website explains the app; it does not offer public registration or connect visitors’ Google accounts.
What it connects
- GmailFind and organise email, prepare drafts, and send only with my explicit approval.
- Google CalendarRead and manage calendar tasks. Changes affecting others require my approval.
- Google DriveFind and manage files for the task at hand.
- Google DocsRead, create and update documents.
- Google SheetsRead and update spreadsheet information.
- Google ContactsAccess contact information and support contact-maintenance tasks.
Google permissions describe what the connection can access. They do not mean every feature is automated or that every action is allowed without review. The assistant’s approval rules are operating instructions, not a separate technical permission barrier.
Access stays under my control
Access begins with Google’s consent process. I can disconnect the integration through my Google Account’s connections settings. Revoking access stops future authorised API requests; it does not automatically erase copies already present in files, conversation history or backups.

Terms of use
Hermes Workspace is operated by Jack Salzke for personal use. It is not a public service, a Google product, or an invitation to connect someone else’s account.
AI-generated outputs and actions can be mistaken. I remain responsible for reviewing important information and approving consequential actions. This integration is provided for personal use without a promise of continuous availability or error-free operation.
